VARSITY PREP - Block 2 - FEMALE ATHLETES AGES 12–15 — 6 weeks
Female Varsity Prep
High-rep, team-ready fundamentals for school and club seasons.
This is a coached, competitive environment built to help athletes make better decisions at game speed, with spacing, pace, and purpose.
Built for 12–15 year-old female athletes. The program emphasizes individual skill (passing, dribbling, footwork, shooting/finishing) and how to apply those skills inside a team concept. Drills, small-sided games, and competitive constraints are designed to improve decision-making under pressure, the difference between “running hard” and playing smart.
Core idea: Space creates decisions.
When we sprint to spots, hold our spacing, and read the defense, we get better shots.
Who it’s for
Ages 12–15, currently playing on a school/club team
Comfortable with live competition and coach feedback
Ready to make decisions under pressure
Who should wait
Brand new players still learning basic rules/spacing
Athletes looking for an intro clinic or casual run
New to the game? Beginner clinics are coming.
What we’ll build (Block 2 focus)
Athletes will work on:
Ball-handling + change of pace in pressure drills
Footwork, balance, and shot readiness in flow
Finishing through contact and length
Defensive habits: stance, closeouts, deny/help positioning, compete
Game reads in constraints-based, small-sided play (advantage situations)
Concepts you’ll hear every week:
Hold your spot. Don’t drift.
Drive the gap away.
Reverse or backdoor (second cut).
Patient pivot.
Poise over pace.
Weekly printable recap:
After every session we send a printable recap parents can review with their athlete, the same language we’re using in the gym, so development stays consistent week to week.
