Built for 13–15 year-old female athletes. This program will place an emphasis on individual and team offensive skill development. Players will work to improve their passing, dribbling, footwork, and shooting/finishing skills, and how to apply them within a team concept. Drills, games and competitions will be geared towards helping players work on their decision-making abilities leading to offensive success.

TIME: 9:15–10:45 AM (arrive early 9:00AM to warm up)
6 consecutive weeks • 90 minutes each (9 hours total)

Footwork, balance, and shot readiness in flow
Finishing through contact and length
Defensive stance, closeouts, compete habits
Game reads in constraints-based, small-sided play
