Back-to-back training:
Elite skill work + Varsity Prep team concepts, in one 3-hour Saturday block.
This is our highest-intent training option , designed for a select group of athletes who are ready to train at a faster pace, with more detail, and then apply it immediately in live team play.
Athletes will complete Female Elite training first, then stay for Female Varsity Prep right after. The result is a powerful weekly rhythm:
skills → reads → competition → team execution.
Across six weeks we’ll build:
Individual advantage creation (footwork, shot readiness, 1-on-1 reads)
Finishing and decision-making under pressure
Defensive habits and positioning that translate to games
Half-court spacing, timing, and team concepts in live play
“Poise over pace”: staying composed while playing fast
Each athlete receives a detailed printable session recap after every workout (teaching points + key phrases), so learning stays consistent between sessions.
Invite-only athletes
Ages 12–15
Currently playing school/club and comfortable with contact, competition, and coaching
Ready to train in a small group and then apply it in a larger team setting
Brand new athletes still learning basic rules/spacing
Players looking for a casual run or intro clinic
Saturdays (6 weeks)
Time: 7:30 AM – 10:45 AM (3 hours total) (7:15AM arrival time)
Location: Halifax Independent School:
3331 Connaught Ave (side entrance)
Total training: 18 hours (6 Saturdays × 3 hours)
$400 per athlete for the full 6-week bundle.
Spots are limited to protect small-group coaching and reps.
Female Elite (small group): high-rep skill development + 1-on-1 offense/defense habits
Female Varsity Prep: team concepts + spacing + live advantage situations + competitive play
